Neuropathy
We don’t mask the pain. We target the root cause.
Chronic tingling, burning and numbness aren’t “just getting older.” They’re signals that microscopic blood vessels and nerve fibers have stalled. Your first visit is a $49 exam.
Who this exam is for
Peripheral neuropathy — numbness, tingling, burning, pain in feet, hands, and legs. Also diabetic neuropathy and chronic nerve pain.

What the $49 exam is
Your first visit is a $49 exam: we check what is going on with your nerves or joints, show you what we find, and then talk about a plan. No pressure and no surprise bill.
What $49 covers
The full exam plus your first treatment. You pay it when you book, to hold the spot. It is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment.
What it does not cover
Care after the exam is priced per case by the provider, once they have seen what is going on. BioWave Regeneration is cash-based; we do not bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
Three drug-free therapies. No surgery, no injections, no drugs.
We offer three drug-free therapies for neuropathy and chronic pain: focused shockwave therapy, Class IV laser therapy, and tPRF (targeted pulsed radiofrequency) nerve therapy. Non-surgical, non-invasive, no downtime.
Focused shockwave therapy
Focused shockwave uses targeted sound wave energy to stimulate blood flow and support nerve regeneration. In-office, 15–20 minutes per session.
Class IV laser therapy
A high-powered therapeutic laser that penetrates deep tissue to reduce inflammation and support nerve function. Painless, 10–15 minutes per session.
tPRF nerve therapy
Targeted pulsed radiofrequency (tPRF) delivers a pulsed radiofrequency signal through a pen probe over the mapped nerve to calm painful nerve signals. Non-invasive, drug-free, in-office.
Why neuropathy happens, and what we do about it
Chronic tingling, burning and numbness aren’t “just getting older.” They’re signals that microscopic blood vessels and nerve fibers have stalled.
We don’t mask the pain
Traditional doctors often fail because they mask symptoms with medications when it’s about getting the right support and tools. Our therapies work on the tissue instead: stimulating blood flow, encouraging the development of new blood vessels (angiogenesis), breaking up scar tissue, and desensitizing painful nerve endings.
Every plan is built for one person
We customize every treatment plan tailored to the individual. No two people are the same therefore no two treatment plans are the same.
You're not alone in the struggle
It’s frustrating to constantly be in pain all the time. We hear it from so many men and women just like you:
- “My feet feel on fire at night.”
- “It's like pins and needles 24/7.”
- “Sudden electric shocks shoot up my legs.”
- “It's depressing - I used to be active; now I sit and watch life go by.”
- “Doctors tell me to 'manage it,' but I want relief.”
Does any of that sound familiar? If you’re nodding along, know that it’s not your fault and you are far from alone.

What we can and cannot say
Results vary by patient. Some people notice changes early; chronic or severe cases can take longer.
We can’t promise a specific outcome — no ethical clinic can. Every patient is different. We do a full evaluation first and give you an honest recommendation — no pressure before we know it’s working.
